Friendship AME Church is committed to sharing a message of hope, compassion, and service. We believe that meaningful change begins with a single act of care and grows through collective effort. Through advocacy, outreach, and community engagement, our team works each day faithfully to strengthen lives and contribute to the greater good.

Who We Are
Friendship AME Church is a Christ-centered community where faith is lived out through worship, discipleship, fellowship, and service. By faith we live. With Love we share. Everything we do is rooted in our commitment to glorify God, grow together in Christ, and reflect His love in the way we care for one another and welcome those around us. We strive to be a place where people encounter hope, experience genuine community, and are equipped to make a difference wherever God calls them.
Activities
Faith is most visible when it is put into action. Friendship AME Church offers a variety of ministries, outreach efforts, educational opportunities, and community programs that reflect our commitment to serving God by serving others. Whether meeting practical needs, encouraging spiritual growth, or building stronger relationships, our activities provide meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to connect, grow, and make a difference.

Friendship Cares
At Friendship AME Church, we care deeply about the health and well-being of our community. During cold and flu season, or at any time, masks are not mandatory but are always welcome. We have taken thoughtful and proactive measures to help ensure the safety and comfort of everyone entering our sanctuary, and we remain committed to creating a worship environment that is both welcoming and responsible.

Community Outreach
Our Community Outreach Ministry reflects our commitment to sharing the love of Christ beyond the walls of the church. We believe every person is created with God-given value and deserves to be seen, supported, and encouraged. Through compassionate service, meaningful partnerships, and practical assistance, we seek to meet immediate needs while helping individuals and families move toward greater stability, renewed confidence, and lasting opportunity. We invite you to learn more about our outreach efforts and discover how you can connect, serve, or receive support.

Food Distribution
Throughout the year, Friendship AME Church hosts seasonal food distribution events, with an emphasis on Thanksgiving and other holiday celebrations. These efforts are made possible through the generosity of our congregation, volunteers, and community partners, allowing us to provide practical support while sharing the love of Christ with those we serve.
