Family & Friends Day will be held on Joint Base MDL. If you plan to attend, every guest must complete the required access form.

Please submit one form for each person attending, including all children. The deadline to complete and submit the form is Friday, August 7, 2026. Any forms submitted after this date are subject to rejection by the base, so please do not delay.
