We seek to celebrate all veterans through their participation in various formats. The veteran or a service member's family can submit one or all of the following recognition forms. The registration form must be completed, and a photo of a veteran must be uploaded to be included and highlighted in our 10:00 a.m. Sunday, November 10th, Veterans Day Service program booklet. We will also award New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs State Medals to veterans who complete the application. We will ceremoniously present them at our Wednesday, November 13th service at 6:00 p.m.

Please share with all the veterans and service member families you know. They do not have to reside in New Jersey to participate in our services honoring veterans.
