Veterans Day Registration Form
We seek to celebrate all veterans through their participation in various formats. The veteran or a service member's family can submit the following registration form. The registration form must be completed, and a veteran's photo should be uploaded to be included and highlighted in our 10:00 a.m. Sunday, November 9th, Veterans Day Service Souvenir Journal.
Please share with all the veterans and service member families you know. They do not have to reside in New Jersey to participate in our services honoring veterans.
