Veterans Day Registration Form
ALL VETERANS MUST REGISTER
We are honored to celebrate and recognize all veterans through their participation in a variety of meaningful ways. To receive all benefits of the day, stay informed about event updates, and be included in our Veterans Day Service Souvenir Journal, veterans—or the families of service members—are asked to complete the registration form.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DEADLINE
All registrations and photo submissions must be received by Saturday, September 26. A veteran’s photo should be uploaded in order to be featured and highlighted during our 10:00 a.m. Sunday, November 8th, Veterans Day Service, and included in the commemorative Souvenir Journal.
Please share this opportunity with the veterans and service member families in your life. Participation is open to all—veterans do not need to reside in New Jersey to take part in our Veterans Day services and events.
